Our Main Aims and Objectives

  1. Oyster Support aims to work in partnership with local health care establishments in providing a high standard of cleaning support.
  2. Our cleaning department aims to be the premier provider of specialist clinical/medical cleaning in Kent. We have a wealth of experience in cleaning healthcare and clinical facilities. It is our goal to help maintain a safe environment for service users and staff.
  3. The legislation surrounding the cleanliness of healthcare establishments requires that healthcare associated infections are kept to a minimum. Oyster Support understands the challenges faced in order to sustain a safe and hygienic environment. Working alongside healthcare institutions we provide specialised healthcare cleaning and disinfection services to successfully reduce the risk of infections and to help prevent and control any disease occurring. A thorough deep cleaning will be performed with the use of powerful, yet safe cleaning materials and solutions to ensure the good quality of our work.
  4. Regular daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly commercial cleaning services as well as one-off service’s e.g., deep cleaning.
  5. Locally based management will ensure a high level of service and support.
  6. Managed absences and cover provision e.g., holidays and illness.
  7. Eco-friendly equipment and materials.
  8. Color-coded systems used to prevent cross-contamination.
  9. Monthly audit and site visits to ensure that service standards are maintained.
  10. To provide a safe, clean, nurturing, environment where service users are able to develop and grow at their own pace to maximise their potential emotionally, physically, intellectually, socially and spiritually.
  11. To provide jobs for people looking for flexibility in their careers and to provide employment for those rendered unemployed due to Covid and other socio-economic factors.
  12. All of our cleaning staff will be recruited following a careful selection process. Training will be provided to all candidates before they are sent out to work ensuring they meet our quality standards of care and clients’ expectations.
